After we receive your file, we examine it or preflight it to be sure it's print ready. If there is a minor problem, we'll fix it for free. If the problem is significant we'll contact you immediately to determine the best way to fix it. If your file preflights successfully, we'll send you a PDF proof to OK before we start the printing process. We will also produce a hard copy proof at an additional charge.
